Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Kids Instructor to deliver best-in-class educational and fitness-minded programming for children from three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy.

The role includes hosting parties and events as needed, while promoting junior programming across Life Time's Kids & Aquatics programs. The instructor will foster development through organized activities, monitor safety, and communicate with parents and staff to ensure a positive experience for children and families visiting

Qualifications

• First Aid certification and Infant/Child CPR/ AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• Ability to engage a group of children ages 3–11 in activities.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests professionally.
• Instructs activities to support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares and sets up for class, transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains attendance, development, and incident records.
• Ensures a safe, healthy environment and manages behavior with parents and team.
