Life Time Inc. is hiring a Kids Instructor to organize and instruct age-appropriate activities for children from three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will host parties and events as needed and work to foster development in a structured, entertaining setting.

Qualifications

• Less than a High School Diploma or GED
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Instructs activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical development
• Prepares and sets up for class, transfers kids to and from programming
• Maintains attendance, development and incident records
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment and communicates with parents and team
• Promotes Junior programming to increase participation
• Restocks supplies and cleans the Kids Academy area
• Handles incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally
