Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events (including kids' parties) in-store.
• Engage with customers of all ages to create fun, creative experiences.
• Demonstrate crafts and supervise activities; offer add-ons like goody bags or balloons.
• Assist customers with shopping, product location, and checkout.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and paperwork; communicate with store team.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and SOP adherence.
• Cross-train in framing services and production where applicable.
• Support store operations like stocking, planograms, and SISO duties.
