Supplemental insurance benefits
18+ years of age
2+ years of experience working in child care - does not have to be professional
Possess leadership skills or experience
Are able to perform life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
Maintaining a fun, safe, and clean environment for children to play and learn
Offers assistance to co-workers; frees hands to help others
Asks the children questions and builds on that information during subsequent visits
Greets parents with a smile; learns their names whenever possible; asks parents open-ended questions and builds on that information during subsequent visits
Consistently greets parents at pick-up with positive feedback about their children, even if the ensuing negative feedback is necessary; ends the conversation with an affirmation
Interacts with co-workers and members respectfully
Vigilantly monitor the children and their environment
Prevention of risk, bullying, and misbehavior
Communicates with the team on duty to prioritize the current tasks at hand
Follows all opening/closing procedures - without direction from the Lead - when working during opening/closing shifts
Attends required organizational and departmental meetings
Demonstrates a willingness to further understand child development concepts and/or behavior management skills through materials provided by Supervisor
Support from an amazing team which includes training you on expectations
