Job summary

Muv Fitness is seeking an energetic Kids’ Club Attendant to supervise and create a fun, safe environment for children while guardians use the gym. You will greet members, supervise activities, and deliver high levels of customer service, resolving issues and supporting administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of childcare experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required or in progress.
• Patience when working with children and customers.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Supervise and engage kids, creating a safe, fun environment.
• Facilitate activities and encourage participation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Create a fun and safe environment for kids
• Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kids
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
• Handle assigned administrative activities
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe

List of Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of prior childcare experience preferred
• CPR/ 1st AID and AED certified
• Patience in dealing with children and customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
