Job summary

A local fitness center in Redding is seeking an energetic Kids’ Club Attendant to supervise and engage children while their parents enjoy the gym. This role requires strong communication skills and at least 6 months of child care experience. Evening shifts are available Monday to Friday from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm. You will work in a fun and motivating atmosphere with complimentary gym membership and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of prior child care experience preferred.
• Patience in dealing with children and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Energetic and friendly personality required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests enthusiastically.

We are looking for an energetic Kids’ Club Attendant to join our team! You will spend your time not only supervising, but creating a fun and engaging environment for kids while their parents/guardians enjoy the gym.

Currently, we are specifically looking to fill the evening Kids Club shifts: Monday - Friday 7:45am-3:15pm

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Create a fun and safe environment for kids
• Supervise, facilitate, and engage in entertaining activities with kids
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
• Handle assigned administrative activities
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe

Qualifications
