Crunch Fitness in Blaine, MN is seeking a childcare associate to provide a welcoming atmosphere for members and their children while prioritizing safety and well-being.

You will handle registrations, supervise activities, and support parents with feeding and care needs. Strong communication, safety focus, and customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid Child/Infant CPR.
• Weekday AM Availability Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents.
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety.
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects.
• Bottle-feed babies or assist in eating needs of older children as directed by parents.
• Keep children calm and engaged.
• Clean and sanitize child care toys.
• Answer childcare phone and communicate with parents/guardians.
• Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children

• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 10 lbs on occasion
