Kidcreate Studios seeks energetic instructors to teach our Kidcreate Academy curriculum to children in a supportive, fun setting. You will prep projects, manage materials, and help create an exceptional experience for every child and family.

Ideal candidates possess a strong art foundation, experience with preschool to elementary students, and the ability to lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons while maintaining an organized studio environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or portfolio website required with application.
• Experience teaching or working with preschool to elementary students.
• Ability to lead groups and manage a classroom effectively.
• Ability to teach art techniques and build skills.
• Strong reading comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach structured art lessons that develop skills progressively over time.
• Facilitate engaging classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
• Demonstrate drawing, painting, and other art techniques.
• Break complex skills into clear, age-appropriate steps.
• Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to students.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
