Job summary

Kidcreate Studios is seeking talented art instructors to teach our Kidcreate Academy curriculum. You will guide children through foundational art techniques in a fun, supportive environment. The role offers 10–25 hours per week, with paid prep, training, and mileage reimbursement.

We provide the entire curriculum and supplies; no planning required. A strong art background and classroom experience are essential, with a degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or Design preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in drawing, painting, color theory.
• Portfolio (5–10 pieces) or website link required.

Responsibilities

• Teach structured art lessons that develop skills progressively over time.
• Facilitate engaging classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
• Demonstrate drawing, painting, and other art techniques.
• Break complex skills into clear, age-appropriate steps.
• Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to students.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
