Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Antioch, TN is hiring for a position focused on guest service at the Kickback hour. You will oversee food preparation and cleanup, ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and lobby, and maintain safe, stocked supplies while upholding Drury’s culture of integrity and hospitality.

We seek friendly, energetic communicators who can answer questions about the hotel and local events, delivering warm, welcoming service to guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel amenities and guest services.
• Ability to conduct accurate food item inventory and determine order levels.
• Warm, friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to understand and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests, including food prep and cleanup.
• Keep kitchen and lobby areas clean and organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to reflect Drury culture.
• Answer guests' questions with knowledge of hotel, area and events.
• Deliver courteous service with a positive, proactive attitude.
