Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Antioch, TN is seeking team members to support the 5:30 p.m. Kickback and guest services.

You will assist in food preparation and service, keeping the kitchen and lobby areas clean and ensuring food safety standards are met while delivering friendly hospitality. We offer incentives including a quarterly bonus up to $3,200, hotel discounts, free room nights, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Friendly, energetic communicator with guest focus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests.
• Prepare and serve food, ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and lobby.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and guest hospitality.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of hotel, area, and events.
