Job summary

LPU Batangas offers a summer internship in Brookings, SD, designed to rotate you through multiple departments to gain a comprehensive view of day-to-day activities. You will help dealerships pursue value-added sales opportunities and participate in scheduled events.

You will assist with meetings, trainings, and customer clinics, while reporting weekly progress to your supervisor and mentor. A strong learning mindset and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate degree or higher with emphasis on Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Precision Ag Technology.
• Availability to complete the entire summer internship and commit to working 40+ hours during the summer months.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Your Role

About You

The company is looking for:

• A self-starter who independently maintains a high level of motivation with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and standard desktop applications.
• Current student pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university with emphasis on Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Precision Ag Technology.
• Availability to complete the entire summer internship and commit to working 40+ hours during the summer months.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility to work in different departments throughout the summer.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.
• Compliance with all safety rules and guidelines while performing work assignments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage starting at $14.00/hour, increasing up to $20.00/hour based on experience.
