Doug Smith Kia in Lindon, UT is looking for an experienced Service Consultant to join our growing team in a new facility. You will address customers' primary concerns, document repairs, and communicate maintenance needs with a friendly, professional approach.

We value self-motivation, accuracy, and strong communication. You will participate in factory and dealer training, enjoy great pay, paid training, and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of automotive experience.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and an eye for detail.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with digital tools.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Address customers' primary concerns.
• Be dependable, punctual, and process-driven.
• Meet and greet customers with a smile.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Conduct video walkarounds.
• Communicate via text.
• Properly document repairs and process paperwork expeditiously.
• Sell needed and recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Follow through with daily responsibilities.
• Complete all factory and dealer training.
