Kia of Bowie, part of Group 1 Automotive, is hiring an Automotive Product Specialist to be the Kia expert for our clients. This full-time, hourly paid sales role focuses on building confidence and excitement around Kia vehicles.

You will guide customers from first look and test drive to delivery, explain features simply, and collaborate with the sales team. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in customer service - dealership experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great communicator who connects easily with people
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Positive, energetic, and client-focused - someone who genuinely enjoys helping people

Responsibilities

• Be the Kia expert—know the lineup, trims, tech, features, and what makes Kia stand out
• Walk clients through every step of their journey—from first look and test drive to delivery and beyond
• Explain complex features simply based on what each client cares about
• Stay in close contact with clients and the sales team to keep everything running smoothly
• Help clients understand service plans, warranties, and maintenance options after purchase
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold dealership standards daily
• Assist and support the broader sales team as needed
