You will build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver a hassle-free buying experience.

You will present vehicles, conduct test drives, and collaborate with managers to offer transparent pricing and tailored financing options, while maintaining strong follow-up with clients

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcome; automotive sales training is provided.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional, high-energy attitude with a drive to succeed.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work Saturdays (with a day off during the week; Sundays closed).

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Conduct consultations to determine the right vehicle for lifestyle and budget.
• Demonstrate features, technology, and capabilities through product presentations and test drives.
• Work with Sales Managers to provide transparent pricing and financing options.
• Maintain follow-up with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends.
