Job summary

Jerry Seiner KIA in Salt Lake City, UT seeks an Internet Sales Consultant to guide customers online through their car-buying journey. You’ll respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, turn leads into appointments, and help customers explore vehicle options with a focus on creating a great experience.

No automotive experience is required; training is provided, and Sundays are closed. You’ll join a family-owned dealership that promotes from within and values customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to connect with customers online.

• Proactive, motivated to succeed, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background/drug screening.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers shopping for their next KIA or pre-owned vehicle.

• Own the Inbox: Respond promptly and professionally to online customer inquiries through phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Turn Leads Into Appointments: Build rapport, answer questions, and schedule test drives that bring customers into the dealership.
