Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on multiple types of equipment.
• Able to read and understand electrical and hydraulic system schematics.

This role provides instruction on essential professional and interpersonal skills while also delivering comprehensive hands-on technical training across material handling equipment systems, components, technologies, and operational procedures. The Technical Trainer designs curriculum, facilitates classroom and field-based learning, assesses technician proficiency, and adapts training approaches to meet evolving equipment technologies and business requirements.
