Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects, and stand/walk continuously during shifts. Must maneuver safely in compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Shift Manager employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The expected starting compensation ranges vary by location:

• All other geographic areas: $8.00–$20.00 per hour.
• Maryland: $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
• New York: $15.50–$17.00 per hour.
• New York City: $17.00–$18.00 per hour.
• Cincinnati, OH: $14.00–$15.00 per hour.
• Toledo, OH: $14.00–$15.00 per hour.
