Job summary

Charter Foods is hiring a KFC Chicken Cook for our fast-paced restaurant. You will hand bread our "World Famous Chicken" and prepare menu items while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

We offer flexible scheduling, free meals during shifts, paid training, and opportunities to advance within the company. No prior experience required; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Hand bread our "World Famous Chicken".
• Prepare numerous products in the kitchen, including Chicken-on-the-bone, Tenders, Nuggets, Sandwich Filets, French Fries, etc.
• Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment
• Maintain the cooking equipment by performing required cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Restock product and workstations
• Maintain a clean work environment by completing general clean tasks including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

• Hand bread our "World Famous Chicken"
