KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC location in Arkansas. You will lead and develop the team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.

This role emphasizes food quality, safety, and profitability while fostering a positive, efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of AGMs experience in food service or retail, be 18+, and available to close two nights

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail (QSR experience preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team to ensure a positive work environment.
• Deliver guest service, resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.

What You'll Do As An Assistant General Manager

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
