KBP Brands in Ohio is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding operating standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership growth, a quarterly bonus program, and broad benefits. Must be 18+, with quick-service experience and availability to close two nights weekly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as Assistant General Manager or similar role with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for full shifts, maneuver in tight spaces, operate restaurant equipment.
