Job summary

KBP Brands, operator of KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Michigan. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach a team to deliver excellent guest experiences while managing daily operations.

The role offers paid training, a leadership development program, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, education benefits, and employee discounts. A quarterly bonus is available based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
