Job summary

KBP Brands, operating KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Detroit to lead daily operations and coach teams for exceptional guest experiences. You will drive profitability, maintain standards, and ensure safety and cleanliness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
