Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate is hiring a Fashion Shift Lead/Keyholder for our Cypress, TX and The Woodlands, TX stores. This on-site role supports daily store operations, supervises team members, and handles opening and closing procedures while keeping the sales floor organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or resale fashion is a must.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members in a diverse, inclusive environment.
• Interest in fashion trends and sustainable resale practices, with an eye for quality, style, and brand recognition.
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store-specific software.
• Availability days, evenings, weekends, & holidays as needed
• Previous supervisory experience is +++. Buy-Sell-Trade experience is appreciated.

Role

Fashion Shift Lead/ Keyholder, flexible on-site role. This role supports daily store operations, including supervising team members, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring an organized, welcoming sales floor. The Keyholder role helps oversee the buying process by evaluating incoming clothing and accessories, pricing items, and maintaining inventory standards aligned with brand guidelines.
