Goodwill Industries Manasota Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Manager (Keyholder) in Bradenton, FL. The role involves leading daily store operations, opening/closing, and supporting team members to deliver a positive customer experience.

The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
