Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Manager (Keyholder) for Port St. Lucie, FL. You will help lead daily store operations, open and close procedures, and support a positive experience for customers and donors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some supervisory or retail experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills. The role offers growth opportunities and a chance to live Goodwill's mission every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support and model Goodwill’s Core Values and Guiding Principles.
