Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate for our Birch Run store in Michigan. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, assist customers in selecting products, and help with fitting rooms.

You’ll promote the rewards program and support daily store operations to ensure a clean, organized sales floor. Flexibility to work weekends, a minimum of 30 hours weekly, and a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high retail standards to deliver an in-store experience aligned with company standards.
• Initiate conversations with customers to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and recommend products that meet needs.
• Promote rewards program to build loyalty and achieve sign-up goals.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS integrity.
