Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Must be able to open and close store as a Keyholder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at season end.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
