See's Candies is hiring for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to provide great customer service in a fast-paced retail setting in the United States. The role includes handling sales, opening/closing responsibilities as a Keyholder, and delivering a positive customer experience.

You'll work to meet sales targets, maintain store operations, and adhere to safety and merchandising standards. Availability on weekends and holidays is required to support our busy periods.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
