Job summary

Topologie is seeking a Keyholder in our San Francisco store to help lead the sales team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and oversee daily operations with excellence.

You will mentor and develop sales associates, support the Store Manager with clear goals and feedback, oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to the highest standard, and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store experience in premium or lifestyle retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse teams and customers.
• Passionate about customer experience, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment and evolving responsibilities.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 lbs as part of daily store operations.

Responsibilities

As a Keyholder at Topologie, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our store. You will assist in leading the sales team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining daily operations. Leadership & Team Management:

• Assist in motivating and developing a dynamic team of sales associates

Customer Experience:
