About The Role

This is a part-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles location on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach. The Keyholder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including product knowledge, communication, retail sales, client service, and client experience. The Keyholder has high emotional intelligence with a deep understanding of retail, operations and people skills. The role will involve ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience for our clients, managing inventory, and supporting the management team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion and eco-friendly practices is a plus
• Foster open and constructive communication to create a positive working environment
• Support the back of house organization by maintaining a high level of attention to detail with stock room maintenance, weekly shipment and inventory

• Autonomous, resourceful and entrepreneurial
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to clientele and understand the client needs
• Maintain an effective clientele list and wait list

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2+ years retail/client service experience and keyholder position
• Strong verbal and written skills – allowing for communication of the company’s goals and objectives
• Compassionate, creative and interest in fashion, culture and sustainability
• Physical requirements: lift/carry/move 40 lbs minimum including fixtures and product
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including blackout periods during holidays, overnights, and weekends

FAQ

• Compensation: $22-$23/hour. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the Los Angeles, CA based position. The actual compensation will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills.
• Perks: Quarterly uniforms, generous discounts, friends and family discount.
• Type of Hire: This is a Part-Time position. Other candidates, consultants and placement agency candidates will not be considered
• Job Disclosures: physical requirements: lift / carry / move 40lbs. minimum including fixtures and product
