Position: Keyholder - Part Time

Location: Maje, The Grove

We are seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team, ensuring smooth store operations. Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting sales and customer service efforts
2. Handling opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and sales tracking
3. Assisting with store safety, customer issue resolution, and operational tasks
4. Supporting new hire onboarding and other leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in retail supervision
• Passion for customer service and fashion
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Social media following (preferred)
• Flexible scheduling availability
• Interest in retail management career growth
