Responsibilities:

• Sales Star: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals

Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $17.50-$21 per hour, your total compensation package will also include commission of 2% of your individual sales.
