Job summary

Seven Stars Bakery is seeking a full-time Keyholder in Providence to oversee opening/closing procedures, ensure security, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead the team, manage cash handling and inventory, and address issues promptly in a fast-paced store environment.

Daily duties include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding staff to maintain high service standards while upholding safety protocols. Weekend, night, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Shift management (breaks, attendance, service standards, customer attentiveness)

About The Keyholder Role

Minimum Keyholder Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.

Preferred Keyholder Qualifications
