Seven Keys Vacations is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our Key West team. You will build relationships with homeowners and handle guest and property communications, supporting onboarding and ongoing property management.

The role emphasizes proactive service, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to luxury guest experiences. Florida real estate licensing is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Florida real estate broker license (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in customer service with demonstrated desire to delight the clientele.

Responsabilités

• Act as dedicated point of contact for homeowners and manage communications.
• Assist with onboarding new homeowners and verify information in the system.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping and other departments for services.
• Support and manage reservation and guest services tasks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and guests.
• Provide timely updates and ensure guest and owner satisfaction.
