Job summary

DFE Pharma is seeking a temporary Key User OTC to provide first level SAP and third-party tool support, ensuring standard processes are maintained and improved. The role includes regression testing, training end-users, and coordinating change requests to support ongoing operations.

You will collaborate with OTC Operational Expert, BPO, and other Friesland Campina team members, working in an international, English-speaking environment with flat structure and clear ownership expectations.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge & experience in end-to-end processes.
• HPQC system and process knowledge.
• Excellent social and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with KUs from other OPCOs and RFC IT consultants.
• Proactivity across own functional borders.
• Ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support to end-users.
• Report incidents and repair requests to second level support (FrieslandCampina IT).
• Initiate and report change requests (via HPQC system) based on internal requirements.
• Act as change agent in implementing new ways of working and assure a uniform way of working within DFE Pharma.
• Participate in key user meetings and training.
• Testing: Prepare and perform regression tests and raise defects (at least twice a year).
• Test own OPCOs Improvement requests.
• Training: Train end-users on system changes, arrange access to systems for onboarding, translate instructions into localized work instructions, maintain master data, join small improvement projects.

We are looking for a colleague to join us on atemporary basis from September 2026 to June 2027 as "Key User OTC". This role will provide support and continuity while a current team member is dedicated to an internal project.

The Key User acts as first level support for the end-user organization regarding use, maintenance and improvement of standard processes in SAP and as key user for third party tools (COKZ portal, CoC portal, SAP TM, etc.).

Your responsibilities

Maintain and improve

• Provide first level support to end-users
• Report incidents and repair requests to second level support (FrieslandCampina IT)
• Initiate and report change requests (via HPQC system) based on internal requirements
• Act as change agent in implementing new ways of working and assure a uniform way of working within DFE Pharma
• Participate in key user meetings and training

Testing

• Prepare and perform regression tests and raise defects (at least twice a year)
• Test own OPCOs Improvement requests

Training

• Train end-users on system changes (quarterly)
• Arrange access to multiple systems for onboarding
• Transform provided instructions into localized work instructions
• Maintain localized work instructions as owner
• Maintain customer and logistic related master data in background tables and support structural updates
• Join small improvement projects as needed

• Fluent in English, Dutch fluent in reading and speaking

• Ownership and responsibility
• Capability to write test scripts (so also identify where risks could occur)
