Job summary

Key Refrigeration Supply is seeking a dependable CDL Delivery Driver to join our Lenexa, KS team. The role combines driving HVAC equipment to customer sites with warehouse responsibilities, maintaining accuracy and safety at all times.

The ideal candidate operates company delivery vehicles safely, handles loading/unloading, and supports branch operations while delivering excellent customer service to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with HM endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed).
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customer job sites using a company vehicle.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully and securely.
• Verify orders for accuracy before deliveries and customer pickups.
• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist customers picking up orders at the branch.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations, as applicable.
• Support other warehouse and branch operations as needed.
