BCI Mechanical is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver in Gardner, KS. You will receive, organize, and ship materials, load equipment, and deliver to job sites throughout the Kansas City metro area.

The role supports field technicians and construction crews with safe, on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include forklift operation, inventory checks, safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for daily deliveries and job site requests.
• Deliver materials, equipment, and tools to construction sites and service technicians.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.
• Inspect company vehicles and trailers before and after use.
• Secure loads properly for safe transportation.
• Assist with stocking materials and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Maintain accurate delivery and receiving documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver is responsible for receiving, organizing, loading, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment to job sites throughout the Kansas City metro area. This position plays a critical role in supporting our field technicians and construction crews by ensuring materials are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

• Experience operating pickup trucks with trailers.
• Construction, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical industry experience.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles.
