Job summary

SHEARER SUPPLY, LLC is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Driver to transport HVAC goods from branches to customers and other locations. The role also supports warehouse operations when not delivering.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading, stocking, and ensuring timely, courteous delivery while maintaining safety and DOT compliance. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• DOT Medical Card is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass pre-employment screens.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load equipment for deliveries.
• Help stock the warehouse.
• Deliver product to customers in an efficient, timely, courteous and accurate manner.
• Maintain clean delivery truck and warehouse.
• Treat customers with respect and provide excellent customer experience.
• Know and comply with all Department of Transportation regulations.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed.

Job Description

The Warehouse/Delivery Driver is responsible for daily delivery and transportation of HVAC goods and materials from our Branch locations to customers, vendors, and other Sales Center locations. In addition to making deliveries, this role involves maintaining and operating the warehouse during downtime.

Warehouse/Delivery Driver Job Requirements

Warehouse/Delivery Driver Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to load/unload truck at time of delivery
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
