We are seeking a Key Partner Manager to support the growth of our Business and Education Solutions line. This role involves promoting and increasing brand awareness within the K12, Higher Education, Houses of Worship, Enterprise, and SMB sectors. The Key Partner Manager will be responsible for growing sales revenues, increasing profitability, and developing new customer relationships by bringing in new business and strengthening existing ones.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, track, and manage the sales process and close opportunities (including channel partners) in education for BenQ Business and Education Solutions.
  • Build relationships and demonstrate BenQ products and software to key decision-makers at the school district level and channel partner teams.
  • Increase BenQ's brand awareness and sales within the education sector through social media, national technology conferences, and marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in national education round table meetings to discuss technology directions and district focus areas.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business and Education Solutions to motivate dealers to prioritize BenQ products such as projectors and Interactive Flat Panels.
  • Meet with key district or higher education personnel to promote BenQ and raise awareness.
  • Promote ease of use by connecting any device to BenQ projectors and interactive flat panels, demonstrating understanding of educational needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with K-12 and Higher Education customers and channel partners in the IT/AV space.
  • Proven track record in integrating solutions like projectors and interactive flat panels into education (sales exceeding $3 million).
  • Existing contacts or a book of business within the Education market.
  • Strong demonstration skills to convert leads into sales.
  • Familiarity with BenQ or competitive product lines.
  • IT knowledge: networking, BYOD, videocasting, Chromebook, Android (a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with collaboration skills, adaptable, and strategic in communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem resolution and solution development skills; entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation

Based on experience; includes a competitive base salary plus bonus.
