Job Title: Account Manager — Partner Success & Growth

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Hours: Full time

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a gritty, energetic, and results-driven Account Manager who will play a key role in driving adoption and growth of Calque’s solutions among our partners—including lenders, agents, and builders. As an Account Manager, you’ll focus on driving adoption of our Buy Before You Sell (BBYS) product by educating, influencing, and converting our partner base into BBYS “raving fans,” making it a key part of their strategy to drive and win more deals.

You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline, conducting daily outreach, leading engaging product trainings, one-on-one sessions with loan officers, and company-wide and branch trainings to promote product adoption. Your goal is to ensure partners understand the product and actively incorporate it into their business.

The ideal Account Manager has a strong understanding of the home buying process, with a history of success in driving product adoption and repeat business with partner lenders, loan officers, and agents. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for assigned lenders, builders, and real estate partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and their teams.
  • Develop account plans and growth strategies to expand adoption across key organizations.
  • Drive partner education and activation through virtual trainings, webinars, on-site trainings, and one-on-one sessions.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and client success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and engagement.
  • Provide internal feedback from partners to improve products and services.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, or training.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage across additional offices, teams, or loan officers.
  • Track partner health metrics and intervene early to mitigate churn risks.
  • Document, track, and report all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce), providing insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of account management, partner success, or sales experience, preferably in real estate or mortgage lending.
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions and mortgage workflows.
  • A proactive, ownership mindset with a passion for problem-solving and results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • High energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and educate.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through, organization, and ownership.
