Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales.

You will perform opening and closing routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions while upholding the brand and company values. Starting rate: $19.95 per hour. Work is part-time with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.

Job description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Work schedule: At least 12‑16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Certain holidays may be required. During peak time, hours may increase.
