Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor, delivering an outstanding in-store experience and driving daily sales through coaching and leadership.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, and protect store assets while representing the brand with energy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Schedule

Work Schedule Requirements: Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Compensation

Starting rate: $19.70 per hour. (Recruiting pay range $19.70–$19.70 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
