ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO. is seeking a part-time Lead to support a high-energy retail environment in Summerlin South, NV. You will open and close, operate the POS, fulfill OMNI Channel orders, and drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness.

You will build displays, analyze sales data, protect assets, and uphold the brand culture. The role emphasizes adaptability, customer focus, and strong communication in a fashion-forward setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience not required.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.

What It Takes

• High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, and self‑motivated.
• Adaptability and flexibility; ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate for this position is $15.85 per hour. (Recruiting pay range: $15.85–$15.85 per hour.) The rate and range may be modified in the future.
