Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates and help ensure store operations run smoothly.

You will open and close the store, operate POS systems, fulfill OMNI channel orders, drive sales through product knowledge, build visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and uphold Brand values as part of the store leadership team.

Job description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
