Qualifications

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2 years+ sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle interest or knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience and in-depth product knowledge.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, returns, and special orders.
• Divide tasks amongst Sales Associates and help meet daily sales goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics and merchandising standards.
