Cycle Gear in California is seeking a Key Holder to deliver memorable customer experiences and lead daily sales goals. You will maintain merchandising, assist with opening/closing, returns, and special orders, and stay current on product knowledge and events.

We value a self-starter with 2+ years in sales or customer service, familiarity with RetailPro, and a passion for riding. Part-time or full-time with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter with ability to deliver an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a great experience and act as a sales leader to achieve daily sales goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics, stock, merchandising, and follow merchandising plans.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, returns/store credit, and special orders.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and stay informed on brand information and company events.
