DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is committed to building long term relationships with our guests by providing an experience unmatched by other retailers.

You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and serve as a product knowledge expert across our line of apparel. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and teamwork, with a focus on driving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree helpful but not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service and experience with problem/complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and learn their needs to tailor recommendations.
• Sell and market a broad range of apparel including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Provide coaching and training for selling skills and operational procedures.
