Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Cerritos, CA is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, manage cash reconciliation at start and end of day, and take part in opening and closing shifts on a rota, with opportunities for long-term growth within our prestige beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics is preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets is desirable.

You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as will also have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications
