Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Supervise Sales Associates when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service following the company selling model.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Assist in achieving sales goals through proactive customer interactions.
